Orange tip
I have been raising some Orange tip larvae I found a few weeks ago. This one is quite large and will soon 'drop' off the food plant and look for somewhere to pupate. I didn't realise they had this habit of leaving the food plant at first and wondered where on earth they were, luckily they hadn't wandered too far and I now have at least 7 of the beautiful streamlined pupae (see extra)to keep safe till next spring.

Grateful today for - 
Being able to work out where the larvae were going, and finding them before they got damaged in any way.
