Summer Jobs

Unlike Britain where the seasons gently elide into each other with two steps forward and one back being the way of things, here in Quebec the seasonal transition can be almost overnight. This week we have gone from cool spring days achieving maybe a chilly 12Cn to the higher 20sC in two days and you can almost hear the plants growing.

Of course, all that growth needs attention and, in this case, artificial rain on the rhubarb.
