Dandelions

I love the texture of dandelion clocks.

A busy day, despite not working on Monday or Tuesday at the moment. J’s brother stopped by to collect some stuff first thing. We’ve not seen him since before lockdown, so a distanced chat in the garden was welcome. Then I did the supermarket shopping for the week.

This afternoon we fitted some replacement screening at the bottom of the garden as the original had blown down over the winter. Then the longest variation of my regular loop line walk before cooking and eating tea, watering the pots and washing up.

I spotted these dandelions backlit against the shadows of the ditch as I returned from the walk.
