Apple blossom time

We have three apple trees.  One is stretching, produced some blossom last year but no apples, this one is dripping with blossom and produced enough apples to feed a small town, the third is reluctant to do anything.  I gave the third one a good talking to last year which I threatened might be its last.  I've told it that it has one more chance .....
