Super Stef

Thankfully today was much better than yesterday...a bit of a bumpy start headache wise, but it soon went with painkillers and oils. I juiced loads and loads of ginger for our daily shots - I added in a few carrots to attempt to make the shots a smoother flavour, but they're just as strong! Ha!
This afternoon Asha busied herself making us cups of tea, see the extra pic for her extra bit of love, care and attention...
And then a shocking call from a Roma friend - some incredibly unjust treatment of a friend...for those of you who pray, please pray for Sole. 
Her situation dominated our thoughts and conversation from then onwards. 
It was strange to go out and celebrate a birthday after the news we received...but today was Stef's birthday and she'd invited 10 of us (max number of people who can gather) for a drink at the Mexican bar next door to Nude. The birthday banner was still up from my birthday last week, so Chris draped it around her - she wears it well!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Quina calling.
2) Being able to pray in situations where I feel helpless and useless.
3) Asha's kind touches that make life sweeter. ie; the cut out and coloured in heart on the edge of my teacup.
