This is the Old Bridge Inn in Ripponden, West Yorkshire. Its blue plaque says it is "probably Yorkshire's oldest hostelry" dating back to 1307.

Ripponden is splendid, with many great shops, food outlets and other businesses. A particular favourite is El Gato Negro, known in our house as "the black cake."

There are also railings, some flowers and doors.
