… Of Lake Rotoiti which is a mountain lake within the borders of Nelson Lakes National Park, at the top of the South Island of NZ.
This is where I have been today. As you can see, the autumn weather was perfect - sunny, warm and virtually no wind.
Now that we have extra limited freedom under Alert Level two we can travel further afield. I can also travel to visit my mother so it was special spending time together since NZ went into lockdown in March, and a day surrounded by natural beauty.
I’m so pleased you enjoyed seeing NZ’s native bird, the Tui, which was featured in yesterday’s blip dining on sugar syrup in my garden. Thank you everyone, the comments, stars and hearts are really appreciated.
