Anne Perry and Daffodils

Dear Diary,

This is my breakfast room table and my current book is an Anne Perry mystery.  I love her work which is set in Victorian London.  It is pure escapist reading.  Anything to take me out of the world we are living in right now.  The daffodils are reaching their peak but still plenty to cut and bring in to liven up the house.  After torrential rains, thunder lightening and, wait for it, tornado warnings last night the weekend looks quite lovely and warm.  Studio time or porch time?  I think both!
