Old faithfuls.

I've hung on and hung on.

They've done me proud, but now have to be relegated to 'kick-abouts'. They are so comfortable and functional. Not sure I can ever get them looking any better than this now...unless...someone out there knows how to rejuvenate the canvas and repair the wooden soles (yes, the soles are wooden! - with a rubber grip 'sewn' in! - astonishing workmanship).

I know they are kind of 'shabby chic', but the new rubber soled versions need to get their turn.

Shan't be throwing them out anytime soon though!
