Poppy Foliage

These wild poppies are by the front door, buds waiting to bloom. My blip for AT foliage. 
 Gardening to day ,  pulled a muscle in my low back so annoyed with myself tensed against the cold,.

Still managed the Pilates on Zoom ,  just about .
