Fire pit

Another chilly evening but instead of lighting the sitting room fire we enjoyed the heat from the fire pit instead.

I took a photo of the town centre this morning looking a bit sad and deserted still with many closed shops ( 1st extra ) I was heading for the bank to take out cash for only the second time since lockdown more than 7 weeks ago. I was reading the other day we are heading for a cashless society now that contactless cards etc are becoming the norm.

The 2nd extra shows a selfie - trying out my new very appropriate mask made by a friend who is helping to fundraise for a charity supporting her friend’s teenage daughter who has cancer.
