Gaggling

I went down to Grasmere this evening for a socially distant walk with a lovely companion & on my way home, I realised why I barely ever go there: because it’s always completely mobbed & you can not move for other people.

Tonight, this was not the case. There were a few people out for a stroll, a run or a wild swim & most notably, there were these beautiful, fluffy little goslings, enjoying the evening air with their mother.

My photo doesn’t really do them justice but they were most definitely very cute!
