We couldn't wait any longer.....

...so we made a start on the rhubarb and ginger gin! It tasted wonderful if a little sweet and more like a liqueur. We had some neat and some with tonic water and couldn't decide which we liked the best, so had some more, and still couldn't decide! We might have to have a bit more tomorrow to see if we can decide!
