Where Have All the Flowers, er...Magazines Gone?
I played Mono Monday today, but I didn't nail the topic of the week...High Key.
If you have any age to you at all (I'm 67), you probably have seen a lot of magazines come and go. Reader's Digest is still hanging on (Lisa gets it), but many others have ceased publication, or have gone to an all digital version.
Who'd have thunk it? Back in our days at the post office Shelley (Naturelover) and I used to deliver magazines by the armful. But then, they began to drop.
Look, Life, Saturday Evening Post, Redbook, and TV Guide. Just to name a few.
With everything being online, people just aren't buying the printed word.
Can newspapers be far behind the magazines???????
