The Yellow House

This very unusual house can be seen as you look across Belhaven Bay from the Sea Wall. I have always though it looks sort of ecclesiastical, like a chapel or something but I do not think it is. Its architecture is certainly distinctive and the yellow colour helps to draw your attention to it I've tried to find out about it on the internet without any success but my interest is whetted.
