JR’s triumph (Day 55)

The wild weather we were led to expect didn’t arrive, thank goodness. But Becky arrived to take Archie out togged up in her coat and boots, ready for a breezy walk on the Meadows.

But by midday, the sun was out, the black clouds had gone and it was a pleasant day. I took Archie out for a stroll.

Meanwhile, JR went for her run - 25 minutes non stop running (jogging). The app congratulated her on ‘offically becoming a runner!!’ Next time she’ll run for 30 minutes. She is very chuffed with her achievements, from being a non-runner six weeks ago. It’s a great free app - ‘Couch to 5k’ by the NHS.
