Weather a bit hit and miss it seems today for going out the back, so the turbo session took place indoors, sweat-fest in the kitchen with the window open and the family firmly told not to come in for a while, they wouldn't like what they saw. The playlist got trimmed down from an hour to forty and a bit minutes and I got cracking.
