Hung it!

However imperfect, it's better than the sheet that has been gracing this aperture for some considerable time. It's completely made from wood from our own trees, but it isn't truly Jacwingian owing to the English rising hinges (you wouldn't believe what a novel item they are) and German woodglue.

It's raining hard here and the snow is all melting. We have a nice puddle in the cellar.
