Flower Friday

I thought the dahlias would be gone by now but the frosts haven’t yet arrived. I don’t usually pick them but thought these should come inside. 

Tonight we had our friend over for dinner. It was his birthday during the week. We had roast lamb and apple pie. Tasted good too. We got the tape measure out and measured 1.5 metres between us. Bob and I sat at one end of the table and he sat at the other. Seems funny doesn’t it?
