The spring onions have sprung!
And how fine they taste sprinkled into an omelette. My windowsill grown specimens have five times as much flavour as their original counterparts.
I was up ridiculously early again this morning as I was due my first food delivery in over 2 months. The bank woke me up at 4am because they thought it was an unusual payment and bounced it. All sorted in the end.
