WELSH POPPY

Neil and Rachael came this morning with some shopping. ( see Extra ).  They stayed a while ( at least 6 feet away of course ) and we had a catch up.

Later on I did some gardening - front garden.  Trimmed some unruly bushes and did some weeding.  Then I had my tea.  After tea I had " virtual drinks " with Becky and MIke using WhatsApp.  Then it was 8pm - time to clap with my neighbours as usual.  Another good turnout.  Even Ron comes out to clap and he's in his 90's.

The weather today was really nice - warm and sunny all day.  Hope it stays the same for tomorrow - VE Day celebrations.

For the Abstract Thursday challenge I took one photo of a yellow Welsh poppy in my front garden and processed it 4 different ways using Deep Arts Effect/Picasa. Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.
