Self isolating/living on your own birthday

Ma had a big birthday (75) today. Not that she looks 75.
We have a fantastic family who have all pulled together to help her make the most of a crap situation (self isolating). D and H made a card of a wedding shot of mum and dad made up of mosaic photos, you can see it in the main shot.
I made her a plate of afternoon tea, including smoked salmon and cucumber sandwiches, plain scones, cherry and chocolate scones, lemon meringue tartlets and strawberries with clotted cream and strawberry jam, all covered and handed over for her to eat on her own. All I can say is thank goodness for FaceTime and messenger video.
She got lots of cards, flowers and chocolate and phone calls too.
