Pork....

Ok, so yes here we have another picture of food, but seriously after months of poor-grade pork, this pork knuckle was a little bit of heaven. The Czechs really know how to do a bit of pork! I'm wandering around while I wait for Andrea to arrive - been looking forward to the renewal of our Christmas Market adventures for some time now. This first meal has been worth every penny. Off the diet of course - but well worth the work I've put in up to now! It's nice to feel the cold again, nice to smell the snow in the air. Feeling more Christmassy already!
