Not quite a flood, and (writing a month later) it didn't turn into one either. This is the River Windrush in Witney taken over the side of a bridge made famous by having a certain PM stand on it when the water was a foot over the top. To give you an idea of that, the level was about four foot below the edge I was shooting from, and is usually another foot beneath the shelf on the left - so there was quite a bit to go to match the bad flooding from a few years back.
