Thanks to helpful blipper daily designs, who gave me the name, we now have rather a lot of bread flour. Just have to figure out how to store it! I was also reminded by ceridwen that I could order flour from Little Salkeld Mill. It is not far from where we live, but we assumed because the café is closed, the mill and shop would be closed too - no they are still milling and delivering. So a few small  bags of wholemeal flour are on their way too. Gordon may have to set up a bakery.
