'I wonder if . . . '

A couple of weeks ago I made the mistake took the opportunity of some good deals on subscriptions to "findmypast' and 'Ancestry' thinking this would be a good time to get all my family research files sorted. And that's what I'm doing. But I have not had a subscription for a long time and I am finding records that were not there before. So gaps can be filled, puzzles solved. Fascinating, but  it is slowing the actual organisation, which was the whole point of the exercise. Anyone who has done any family research will recognise the scenario - 'I wonder if. . .', 'maybe . . . ' and the hours go by.
