Teddy’s donkeys

We wandered down to the donkey sanctuary today and they were waiting for a carrot so it was worth the walk.
It is noticeable this spring that the ash die back has struck, and many old ash trees are failing to open their leaves. It’s going to be a big impact on the landscape around here I’m afraid. Other trees are mostly in leaf though and it’s all looking green if rather dry.
There’s no sign of the Jet Stream if you look at the weather maps so no rain coming and we may be into a whole new weather set up this year. Everything’s changed!
