yikes a hand!!!!

We drove down to Maylands this morning there is a lovely spot here by the river for a picnic lunch and enough time for a 4km walk afterwards, now picnics restrictions are officially eased within our region we found quite a few families and friends in small groups alongside the river catching up.
 Amongst the trees a small butcher bird started to follow us on our walk, very strange as they are quite a shy bird, maybe they are used to people strolling in this particular spot? Glyn stopped and offered his hand, to our surprise he just kept hovering trying to see what the hand offered, he soon found it was empty and he gave Glyn a swift speck on the finger and flew off, cheeky little thing! 
We enjoyed the drive out and stroll here today, i think that will be our last stroll for a few days as their is a storm brewing in the North West, supposed to be packing a punch when it hits the suburbs tonight until Tuesday? we shall see..
