Did you need to wake me up?

This is Paddles, named because of his big feet. When he was born he had 7 claws in the front, and 6 at the back. One of the front ones on each foot was taken off as it stuck out, and the vet said it would be always catching on things.
He was sleeping on the bed, when I started taking photos of him, to try and show off his big feet, so that is the reason for the big yawn. We first named him Yeti but after watching him 'pad' around the house with the outsized feet, he soon became "Paddles".
He is now 7 years old, and doesn't get on with our other 2 cats (they all just tolerate each other, well almost)
He & Whisky are forever stalking each other and trying to get the upper hand (paw?). When he was little he was the first to do everything, out of the litter of 6 kittens. He was really stroppy & was forever beating up his poor little mother & the other kittens. She is still a much smaller cat than he is. (His mother belongs to my granddaughter & they had been staying here when he was born.)
He is a great mice & rat hunter, & good at catching rabbits. One night when we had visitors, he brought one in, proceeded to eat it, then threw it back up onto the floor!! Not good.
His major hunting success was to bring home a stoat, and let it loose in our bedroom. It then hid itself in our wardrobe, with 2 cats standing by, and my Other Half still lying in bed, saying,
"Well, kill it." As you can imagine, it wasn't me that ended up doing the killing, nor the cats.
