New Discoveries

Looking at all the Bluebell woodlands I was rather envious. However diversions off my normal paths have revealed there are more around than I thought. Just in a short distance I found these three varieties.

Enjoying finding new recipes to try for vegetarian alternatives. Some need tweaking as not all ingredients are available in our local shops but Tom has enjoyed them so far. The only problem is when I bake it disappears far quicker than expected! Thomas came in tonight and was rather miffed he’d been beaten to the last of the baking by his Dad. Guess what I may be doing tomorrow?
