I wish I understood physics...

With apologies to my cousin (physics teacher) this diagram I think explains what I need to do to hit a better shot in badminton...

1. Reach as high as I can
2. Stand sideways on (ok, that's not in the diagram)
3. Tilt my racket slightly forwards
4. Hit the damn shuttle
