That's when we can have some of these!
We don't have many sweet things in the house - apart from me :-D - so I made butterfly cakes after my niece Samantha sent me a photo of some that Paul had made. They are vegan too. I found the recipe - the simplest one ever on the Vegan Society website. You just basically throw all the ingredients in a bowl mix them with the food mixer and bake. I made a fruit cake a few weeks ago from the same recipe. The only jam we had was cherry and brandy from Christmas so that's under the 'butter' cream. I licked the bowl, the spoons and the mixer attachments.

We had a nice long walk with Bella May. 
I dreamt last night that I was walking her and was carrying her dirty towels. There were people everywhere not social distancing and I held the filthy towels over my nose and mouth!

It's five to three - time to put the kettle on!
