Baby birds

The garden is full of baby birds.  I was spoilt between the robin, the magpie, the woodpecker and the blackbird, but I got the clearest shot of the blackbird.

I guess we all have up and down days.  I was really down yesterday, no enthusiasm for anything, whatever I did didn't work out...

Today is an up day, full of energy, I cleaned the house, strimmed the long grass, and admired all the blossom in our mini-orchard (apple, pear and quince - see extra).  MrHCB even produced a glass of beaujolais for lunch - my reward!
