Visitor peeping over the roof

Another perfect day in lockdown!!
C25K W2R2 with a bit extra as I took a longer loop down to the river. I am finding 90 seconds of running uncomfortable... I’m shouting ‘come on Sarah (Millican), it must be time to walk!!!’ near the end of every run section. But I’m enjoying it.
The robins have gone quiet today, hope all is well in chez Robin.
The dunnock is back, cheeky bird.
More sorting, cleaning and cooking. Polenta slices with chilli flakes and a pesto topping ready for dinner later. Had another rainbow salad for lunch. Yum.
