Portk Inside

Allowed to drive to a nearby farm market to get fresh picked strawberries today.  This cooker was near the road with a big sign saying BBQ today.  They do serve (right now take-out only) lunch, and the specialty on Tuesday was fresh BBQ pork.  I didn't look inside the cooker, but likely to be pork shoulders or perhaps a whole pig in there.  You can see smoke seeping from the vents in the cooker.  This is truly the way it is here.  The cooker might be made from a large metal barrel, which is fairly common.
