Little Girl

I am drawn to public sculptures, so I gravitate to this one in an outlet shopping mall not too far from our house.  This is the only public sculpture in this rather large complex.
Puzzled in that I had to post this on 22nd but change date to 21st since my 21st  photo of the hats and flowers showed up as April 22.
