Hardening off
Despite the cool North Sea wind I decided that today was the start of hardening off the seedlings.
There are Livingston daisies, trailing nasturtiums, delphiniums, begonia semper florens, lobelia, peas, antirrhimuns, petunias, pansies, rudbeckia. They did not seem to suffer wind damage during the day but with the overnight forecast at 3oC I put most of them back in the greenhouse leaving out only the most mature. It has been a good year for germination so the challenge will be where to plant them. 2m + distribution to neighbours is also an option!
Apart from a trip to Boots to pick up a prescription for our son spent the day at home and in the garden.
