American Bullfrog

I enjoyed a very pleasant afternoon ride along a favorite scenic county route today.
The occasional bullfrog call made me smile for, in my mind, that is summer calling.
Bullfrogs are invaders here in Oregon, but they were part of my childhood in Connecticut, so I see them as old friends joining me in this wonderful place to be.
