2020 Monday — Tacos?

We know that Tuesday is for tacos, not Monday. I think Monday is for minestrone or macaroni or margaritas or martinis, but here at Funville we made tacos on this Monday. I did not have corn tortillas, which is the type of tortilla we normally use for tacos.

So I cut a few of the flour tortillas and fried them into chips and then fried a couple of tortillas into taco shells. I also diced onions, tomatoes, and chopped up some spinach (instead of lettuce), I opened a can of chopped black olives, and had a package of grated cheddar cheese and cooked a half pound of ground beef.

What I didn’t do today was capture some quality photos.
