Rough Tough Cream Puff

Chris found this Superhero on the beach last year. He has been a kitchen companion ever since- who is he?
It's a wet day and so far I have made caramelised root veggie soup , parsnip and parmesan soup and am about to try and make Mary Berry's Lemon Meringue Pie. British Bake Off has a lot to answer for. I have never made one so here goes.....
