Dandelion

Its lovely and sunny again today, a perfect day for a walk. We are enjoying exploring the woods down the road form our house, and we enjoyed a good walk there today and even met a man with another Vizzie. Lots of wild flowers and dandelions about so this one had to be photographed.

I had plans for a tagine for lunch but seeing that the weather was so good the boys preferred to have a BBQ. Gavin went to the supermarket to pick up some things for the BBQ and was in and out quite quickly today. We are enjoying grilled asparagus spears with the BBQ at the moment.

Tomorrow begins the fifth week of lockdown....we are all coping okay during the lockdown but it is hard not being able to make any plans for the future. Gavin was unable to visit his mother in SA in March, and we don't think our family trip to visit her in July will be happening. It will be the first time in over 4 years that the boys would have seen her, and it took some effort to find dates that worked for the whole family. We don't know when we can get another date that works for everyone to see her again, it will probably only be in late 2021 which is such a pity.
