Cheese 3 : The Welsh Connection

A seriously overlooked British cheese Gorwydd Caerphilly from Neals's Yard Dairy has a beautifully crumbly texture a bit like a denser Feta but with a lot more flavour. Quite mushroom like when young, it becomes more like Camembert with age. 

I like it young.
