Unexpected

We were just settling down for a wee seat in the garden when storm clouds gathered.

What resulted was a massive hail storm, fortunately not big pieces of hail but it battered down for a good 15 minutes or so. The pool looked like it was bubbling and the lawn below turned white.

The weather has gone potty this year.

Otherwise it was a productive day. I got some painting done as Arnie tackled the removal of an old creeper that has given up the ghost. I also had a zoom chat with my Bookclub pals who all seem to be doing well. One of the topics of the day was how long our hair has gotten and how many of us are starting to show our true hair colour :-)
