The Leonardo

I was on my way yet again to Pretoria but a crash on the freeway resulted in a detour through some of Sandton suburbs to bypass the mess of traffic.

The Leonardo is latest tower to go up in Sandton. It will ultimately be a mixed-use set up with offices, restaurants, conference facilities , apartments, gym etc. If you have spare R200 million you can soon become the owner of the penthouse in Africa’s tallest building. Mind you, it might take a while as they seem to just keep adding new levels.

A four day long weekend awaits, no complaints from me!
