Gave up our postal votes half an hour before the polling stations closed at 6:00 pm and then did a very pleasant walk including dipping Luna's toes at the quarry lakes. Lovely day but still a bit cool for a full skinny dip.

Tomorrow widespread restrictions start for us here in Bavaria, the first State in Germany to do so but also the hardest hit one. This is getting serious..On Friday restrictions had been placed on those who had recently been in the skiing areas of Italy & Austria, denying them access to visiting (as visitors) hospitals, care homes & homes for the disabled.

Luckily in our rural area, it is likely to be far less difficult than for those in urban areas.
