Helping hand

I particularly liked this photograph. 

1. Girl power Mum and daughter exercising together

2. The helping hand to get up the slope

3. The road devoid of traffic enabling this to occur

4. Staying safe by socially distancing

5. Far more children and adults riding their bikes

According to our medical practice Ryedale is the best at staying indoors. As with most statistics I take this with a pinch of salt. However most people I meet on my daily exercise observe the social distancing advice.
