A sign of the times

Porty High Street is closed - almost. Scotmid, Sainsbury’s, a couple of convenience stores and three pharmacies plus the butcher and the fishmonger are keeping us going - just. All these stores are in comfortable walking distance of most of Portobello. Walking past all the other Covid 19 closed businesses is profoundly sad. I do wonder how quickly things will recover from all of this? I am not holding my breath.
