Did some essential camp skills with the kids today.

Firefighting with a fire steel. (Not that easy)

Setting up a tarp to make a shelter.

Making hot chocolateb on the wood gas stove (lit with natural materials and the fire steel).

Rest of the day in garden, and a quick hour of power on bardon hill. Trails running silly fast. Despite riding steady managed to set a few pr's on Strava!

Lots of thunder this afternoon and rain throwing l threatening so had to strike camp quickly.
