Spur of the moment

More time than normal and a flour delivery from Shipton mill has resulted in more fresh bread than normal.

Half 3 this afternoon we decided to have a BBQ for tea. Sausages out the freezer, then boshed up this French loaf. Love the simplicity of French bread, but it just doesn't keep. Better finish that off with some stilton after the kids are in bed.

Other notable achievements today included some gardening and snoozing on the outdoor sofa.
