In the Grove....

again this morning, when it was hot and sunny. The stone is in memory of the 7th and 8th Earls of Seafield and planted by their wife and mother, the Dowager Countess Caroline. Sixty five trees were planted by the 8th Earl in memory of his father and thirty two by the Countess in memory of her son who died four years after his father at the age of thirty two.
The sheep are lambing all around this area and the extra records a sad event.
